Due to transportation restrictions, we ship to almost every country in the world, except for the following countries. We are sorry and will continue to work hard.

What is the shipping cost?

If the order amount exceeds $150, you can enjoy free delivery service. Otherwise, the premium shipping fee is 11.9 US dollars.

Addendum: During the sales season, we have a site wide promotion with free delivery. Coming soon!

The shipping fee is calculated at checkout, depending on the weight of the product and your delivery location. We strive to ensure that shipping costs are affordable. However, we are constrained by our shipping company. Therefore, even for free products, shipping fees will be charged.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing the corresponding information. Afterwards, you will be able to click on 'Track My Orders' to track the shipping status.

 

5. Why has your package been shipped but the shipping information has not been updated yet?
When the product is handmade at Jiuhua Mountain and delivered to the carrier, the tracking order number will be uploaded to the order page.
Due to international transportation, the package takes 3-5 days to arrive at the airport of the international shipping center. During this period, there was no inland transportation information from Xizang or Nepal to the international shipping center. The shipping information will not be updated until the package arrives at the international shipping center and is scanned.
 

So please don't worry, just wait for 3-5 days to update the information.

What if the package hasn't arrived yet?
